The Role: As a Software Developer at Advantage One you will be instrumental in developing and refining our development strategy. Reporting directly to the CTO, You will collaborate with team members outside the development team to create high-quality software tailored to our clients' specific needs, as well as working on long term development projects. Your role includes regular interactions with clients to understand and gather their requirements.

Build and maintain software used by customers and internal teams

Work across customer-facing features, product enhancements, and internal tools

Collaborate with teammates to design, implement, and improve solutions

Help troubleshoot bugs and improve existing systems

Communicate clearly about your work and ask questions when needed

Experience may come from:
