The Role: As a Software Developer at Advantage One you will be instrumental in developing and refining our development strategy. Reporting directly to the CTO, You will collaborate with team members outside the development team to create high-quality software tailored to our clients' specific needs, as well as working on long term development projects. Your role includes regular interactions with clients to understand and gather their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain software applications using TypeScript/Python, and potentially C#.
2. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and launch new features.
3. Directly engage with clients to gather, analyze, and interpret their requirements.
4. Ensure the robustness, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
5. Address and resolve software bottlenecks and bugs.
6. Uphold high standards in code quality, organization, and automation.
7. Stay abreast of current trends and technologies in the industry.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Demonstrable experience in software development with a focus on TypeScript or Python.
3. Knowledge of C# is a plus.
4. Prior experience with large data set and data engineering is advantageous.
5. Understanding of the software development life cycle is a plus.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively engaging with clients.
8. Proficiency in both independent and collaborative work.
